Meetings
Record the conversation. Keep the decisions moving.
Meetings brings The925 Meeting Assistant into Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams through Recall.ai. Capture the call, revisit the recording and speaker-labelled transcript, and let OrgAI turn the discussion into summaries, decisions and action items. Ask questions, prepare follow-ups and choose who receives automatic recap emails—all from the meeting workspace.
Find the information you need and get work moving. Here’s how OrgAI can help, and where you stay in control.
Invite OrgAI to your meeting
Participant notification required
Bring The925 Meeting Assistant into a Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams call by pasting its link, or invite it to a verified upcoming calendar event. Recall.ai handles the meeting bot and recording. The bot requests a recording notice in meeting chat; you confirm that participants have been informed. Admission and recording still depend on the host and meeting platform.
Invite the recorder with a meeting link
Schedule the recorder for a calendar meeting
Remove the recorder or cancel its scheduled join
Choose which calendar meetings to record
Auto-join is optional
Connect an accessible Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 calendar to see eligible video meetings in the next seven days. Auto-join starts off. Once enabled with consent, choose all eligible meetings, accepted invitations, meetings you organise, internal meetings, external meetings or manual invitation only. The service checks upcoming meetings near their start time and reuses a scheduled recorder for the same meeting within your organisation.

Evidence from your meeting
Return to a meeting’s available audio or video, speaker-labelled transcript and timestamps. OrgAI extracts an executive summary, decisions, action items, questions, risks and possible follow-up meeting details. Source-linked notes help you check what was actually said and pick up work without reading the entire transcript. Notes become available after processing; AI output should be reviewed.
View meeting history and recorder status
Read recording, transcript and meeting notes
Ask questions and prepare follow-ups
Draft first, review before sending
Ask what was decided, who committed to a task, or draft a follow-up email from the transcript. OrgAI uses the meeting evidence and your retained conversation; it should say when the answer is not supported. Email drafts and suggested follow-up meetings move into the relevant review flow before sending or scheduling through a connected provider.
Ask questions and draft from the transcript
Keep track of agreed work
Meeting checklist only
Mark an extracted action item complete or reopen it in the meeting. The original recorder owner and shared recorder owners can update the checklist when they have management permission. This keeps meeting progress visible without changing a task in another application.

Control automatic meeting recaps
Automatic delivery to the chosen audience
After processing, The925 can email the summary, decisions, action items and a link to the meeting notes. The original recorder owner chooses the audience. Send to all uses known attendee addresses plus the owner and can include external people; this is the default. Send to team members currently includes every active organisation member, including people who did not attend. Send to recorder owners includes active original and shared recorder owners. Delivery requires the production notification service.

Connection essentials
A few things worth knowing.
The access behind a connection matters as much as what it can do.
Does connecting an app give everyone access to it?+
No. Private connections are restricted to their creator. Shared connections target selected users or roles. Centralised connections are available across the organisation subject to applicable product permissions. Agency Suits connections are private to the connected user. Meetings uses session ownership and attendee access instead; automatic recap recipients are a separate setting. Account permissions, provider scopes and organisation policy continue to apply.
Can OrgAI change something without confirmation?+
Connector catalogue writes require confirmation. Meetings has explicit recording consent and saved automation settings: enabled auto-join can schedule matching meetings, and recaps can send automatically to the chosen audience without another prompt. Meeting checklist changes apply when you select them. Sending a separate follow-up email or creating a calendar event uses its own review flow. Reads still require access.
Why does a connection request more access than one action needs?+
A provider authorisation request can cover multiple documented actions or product cards. Google products share Google Workspace authorisation, Microsoft products share Microsoft Graph, and Jira and Confluence share Atlassian. The action-level groups and the full provider scope request are shown separately.
Are all integrations on this page live and verified?+
The original connector inventory is dated 29 September 2026. Meetings was reviewed against the application on 10 October 2026 and Agency Suits on 19 October 2026. ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, Facebook, Instagram and Meta Ads were reviewed against Composio’s documentation on 26 October 2026. Available tools depend on configuration, granted access and provider setup. Other application and the older generic meetings.* catalogue remain planned. This website does not connect accounts or verify live execution.
